Summer Delights
Whether after a hike, a bike tour or simply for a relaxed stopover – at Vermala Wirt you can experience authentic Montafon cuisine and hut specialities with breathtaking views.
In summer, our menu features light dishes such as cheese-press-dumpling salad or beef tartare, international classics like pulled pork burgers, Austrian mountain favourites such as Wiener Schnitzel or cheese spaetzle, as well as sweet temptations like blueberry ice cream sundaes or Kaiserschmarren with apple sauce.

Cozy Alpine Lodge
In our lovingly designed parlours, you can enjoy the cosy atmosphere of a traditional mountain hut. Absolutely the best bad-weather programme: enjoy a Kaiserschmarren here.
Winter garden with retractable roof
The light-flooded winter garden with its retractable roof offers protection in any weather while still giving you the feeling of sitting right in the middle of nature. Ideal for mild summer evenings or relaxed lunch breaks in an alpine setting. Here, you feel close to the mountains – even when the weather isn’t playing along.

RR50 stands for: Regional – Radius – 50 km, and is a central element of our lived sustainability.
We proudly use ingredients that come directly from our surrounding area. For example, we source up to nine cattle per year from the Biohof Mangard in St. Gallenkirch to serve you authentic Montafon quality.

Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday in summer. Whether you’re stopping in early or ending your day with good food – we’re here for you all day:
