FAQ –Questions about celebrating at Vermala Wirt
Good to know about your event in the Montafon
Can you also celebrate in summer?
Of course – our panoramic terrace is an absolute dream for open-air celebrations in summer. Here, the very breath of the mountains quite literally blends with the dreams of our guests.
Are there any accommodation options?
You are very welcome to combine your event with an overnight stay at the Genusshotel Vermala. The hotel is located at the valley station of the Garfrescha cable car, making it the perfect base for your event at the Vermala Wirt. It’s also the ideal place to recharge after long nights – for example, in the 750 m² Montafoner Natur SPA at the Genusshotel Vermala.
How do I get to the location?
Ascent:
In both winter and summer, the ascent is possible via the Garfrescha chair lift. In case of bad weather in summer, we can take our guests to the Vermala Wirt by shuttle. Several buses are available on request.
Descent:
For day events, departure is generally via the Garfrescha chair lift (summer & winter) or the slopes/toboggan run (winter). In summer, for longer events and parties lasting late into the night, we transport our guests to the valley by shuttle. Several buses are available on request.
Can I bring my own band or DJ?
Yes, of course. You are welcome to bring your own entertainment program to your own events such as birthday parties, company parties, or weddings—or you can use our experienced DJs and musicians. We would be happy to provide you with our list of recommendations.
The only exception is tobogganing evenings, as our DJs and live bands are already booked. Enquiries can be made on request, and a certain minimum number of guests is required.
How many guests can be accommodated?
Varies depending on the area – perfect for small parties or large celebrations. The layout of the rooms allows us to create a cozy atmosphere for small groups.
Regular total capacity is approximately 220 guests. Parties for more than 220 people are possible on request.
