Does Vermala Wirt offer various accommodation options for wedding guests?
Yes – and that’s exactly what our couples love! From the luxurious Vermala Gut, to the cosy Genusshotel Vermala, to the budget-friendly Apartmenthouse, all your guests will find the perfect place. Three accommodation worlds, but one shared heartbeat at Vermala Wirt. With your chosen combination, you can make all your guests happy.
Can the couple and their guests stay near the wedding venue?
Yes – all accommodations of our Vermala family are located in the valley of St. Gallenkirch.
The Genusshotel Vermala is the closest to Vermala Wirt, just a few steps from the valley station of the Garfrescha chair lift. Vermala Gut and our Apartmenthouse are in the town centre, about 1.5 km from the valley station.
Despite the different locations and slight elevation differences, we ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. This creates a wedding weekend that feels like a journey through several small worlds: arrive, celebrate, enjoy, move on.

Is Vermala Gut suitable for the wedding night or getting ready?
Absolutely. Vermala Gut offers private wellness areas, fireplaces, and chalets full of tranquillity and luxury. Perfect for romantic moments for two, getting-ready moments, or a relaxed gathering with bridesmaids and groomsmen. But our Genusshotel Vermala also has its own special charm: a cosy wellness morning with the girls, a glass of whisky with the best men – all of this makes your wedding days complete and truly special.
Can all guests – including those on a smaller budget – be accommodated together?
Yes! In addition to luxurious chalets and hotel rooms, we also offer budget-friendly apartments. This way, everyone in your wedding party can stay on site – a big plus for weddings in the mountains.
How many guests can be accommodated in total?
With the chalet village, hotel and apartment house, the Vermala world offers plenty of space for both small weddings and larger parties with many overnight guests. Feel free to ask us for specific capacities. Factors such as length of stay or preferred dates may, however, limit availability.
Is breakfast provided for the wedding guests?
Yes – at the Genusshotel Vermala, your guests will enjoy a lovingly prepared, hearty breakfast to start the wedding day gently. Private breakfast moments are also possible at Vermala Gut in the chalets – perfect for intimate conversations, shared laughter, and those special morning hours you’ll never forget. Guests from the apartment house are also warmly invited to join the big wedding breakfast together with everyone else.

Is there a shuttle or transport to the wedding venue?
Of course. In good weather, you and your guests can comfortably take the Garfrescha chair lift up to Vermala Wirt – a shared start that already creates those first goosebump moments. For those who prefer it more convenient, or if the weather doesn’t cooperate, our individual shuttle solutions are available. Older wedding guests, in particular, greatly appreciate this comfortable service.
